VantagePoint CEO Named 2006 Business Person of the Year Honoree
Craig O'Neal selected as one of five finalists

Greenville, SC — January 31, 2007 — President and CEO Craig O'Neal of VantagePoint, an outcome-focused marketing firm, has been named a 2006 Businessperson of the Year Honoree by Greenville Magazine.

O'Neal was selected in Greenville Magazine's annual tradition of honoring five of Greenville's top executive performers in their Businessperson of the Year recognition event. The finalists are selected for vision, entrepreneurship, community and civic contributions, leadership, success and dedication.

O'Neal, who brings 30 years of management experience to his position, co-founded VantagePoint in 1993. Prior to VantagePoint, he was Executive Vice President/Partner of Jackson-Dawson, and also held key client-side marketing positions with The Kroger Company, a Fortune 50 company. O'Neal has an MBA from Clemson University, is a Certified Business Communicator (Business Marketing Association) and serves on various boards and committees. He has also served as Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Furman University.

The live awards event will be televised on WSPA TV at 7:00pm on February 3rd, 2007, from Greenville's Westin Poinsett. Each honoree will be featured in a video interview, and an overall 2006 Businessperson of the Year will be named.
