Greenville, SC — VantagePoint, an award-winning marketing agency with offices in North and South Carolina, sponsored the season's first Product Development & Management Association (PDMA) event to be held in Charlotte.

An opportunity for both professional development and networking, the event took place on Wednesday, August 25 at the Wachovia Center in downtown Charlotte. The premier advocate for product development and management professionals, PDMA's services include opportunities for professional development, continuing education, and networking.

The interactive program, titled "Are you really hearing the Voice of the Customer?", featured Doug Powell of Wachovia Bank. Powell, senior vice president for Wachovia Treasury Services, is a seasoned practitioner in the field of product development. He discussed the available options for product development process improvement and shared his experiences with keeping product development efforts on track and delivering valuable solutions to his customers.
