“Everyone really does care about each other and what we do. We are recognized and rewarded when we do well. Everyone has wonderfully positive attitudes which is very refreshing and unique because you don’t find that everywhere.”
“The working environment is fun. Employees get along well. Leadership truly cares for each individual within the company and strives for personal and professional development. I have certainly never worked for a company in the past that cared for its employees as much as VantagePoint does.”

Our guiding principles:
We know that fulfilling our mission and living up to our guiding principles isn’t possible without great people. We provide genuine support and guidance for each individual.
Are you a creative marketing whiz? With agency experience? And passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals? Then we might have the perfect job for you.
We’re currently hiring an account manager with at least 8 years’ experience in the marketing/advertising field. The perfect hire will have B2B agency experience, but we’ll take consumer agency experience as well. And if you’re a digital pro, then all the better. Your job will entail working with other account team members, as well as our creative and digital teams, to help lead regional and national clients in their marketing efforts. So if you’re a project management guru, then you’ll perform well.
We’re looking for someone with really strong communication skills, who isn’t afraid of standing up in front of folks and presenting, and who gets along swimmingly with those they work with. And, of course, if you’re really good at marketing communications strategy, know how to plan and work a marketing budget, and are a quick learner on complex client products and services, you’ll fit in really well.
