VantagePoint Growth Brings Staff Expansion and Promotions
B2B agency going strong as it approaches 20th anniversary
Greenville, S.C. — VantagePoint Marketing, recently named as one of the top business-to-business agencies in the U.S. byBtoB Magazine, has hired one and promoted three to accommodate new clients and opportunities. The company, which has offices in Greenville and Charlotte, is celebrating its 20th year in business in October and anticipates other staff changes in the months ahead.
Meg Ried has been hired as an account executive. Most recently at DNA Creative Communications, where she worked for the past 3 and a half years, Ried graduated from Clemson with a B.A. in communication studies/advertising and a minor in public relations. With special interests in marketing, community service and fundraising, she is active in the Greenville Chamber of Commerce as a member of Professionals United for Leadership and Social Engagment (PULSE) and is a graduate of their Opportunity Greenville program.

Angie McEldowney has been promoted to account manager. A graduate of Ohio University’s journalism program, she has been with VantagePoint since 2011, providing strategic planning and marketing expertise for accounts that currently include Estes Express Lines, HennyPenny, and T&S Brass and Bronze Works.
Andrew Smith has also been promoted to account manager. Smith, a graduate of UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, came to VantagePoint last fall. With particular strengths in the areas of marketing communications and search engine optimization, Smith supports Berchtold, BMW Manufacturing, The Deb Group, and S&D Coffee and Tea.
Collin McElhannon has been promoted to senior account coordinator. McElhannon joined the VP staff in 2012; Google certified in AdWords, he specializes in search engine marketing and research and also provides support for key clients.
